You are bidding on a vintage bisque ceramic plaque from Napco Ceramics - Japan.  This features a German Boy looking at a bird in three-dimension and is signed "Norton".  This measures about 4" x 5" x 5/8".  This still has the silver "Napco" sticker on the back and is marked SH713C1.  No chips, cracks, or repairs.  There is some fine crazing in the background and some wear of the brown paint on the ceramic "frame".  See pictures for details.

We ship within 5 business days after payment is received (business days do not include holidays.  Be aware that if an item is shipped “parcel post” it could take up to 14 days after item has been delivered to the post office – we have NO control over shipping time once item is in the possession of the US Postal service.  Shipping charges include more than the postage required to get an item to you.  I am not recycling the box that grandma sent my birthday present in (although I will re-use whenever possible and get creative).  I have to purchase many shipping supplies weekly such as shipping labels, bubble wrap, padded shippers, etc… and ship a large number of parcels.
