Up on offer here an amazing dress which actually featured in Naomi Thomspon's recent book Style Me vintage : Clothes.
This delightful halterneck dress has a lovely pink and white candy stripe design which is perfectly accented by little pearlescent buttons. The dress has a superb full tiered skirt and comes with a matching bolero.

Condition: Overall excellent. There is some slightly questionable stitching around the zip which could do with neatening up and also a small dark mark which i have pictured.
I’m calling this week think pink week,
because up on offer this week are some of the most sensational garments all
with hints of pink and lilac. It is a week of listing filled with feminine
styles and prints. Think Horrockses esque florals, more Susan Small’s than you
can shake a stick at and glorious cocktail and prom dresses! I’ve got a variety
of periods up on offer as well with dresses and skirts from the 30s, 40s, 50s,
60s, 70s and 80s. Of course combined shipping on all these lovely items is
offered too!
A little bit of
background on me: I am an obsessive vintage collector and have amassed a huge
collection of vintage from Victorian right through to the 1980s. I am about to
embark on a rather pricey masters at the Royal College of Art (studying design
history) and henceforth I am having to sell off large portions of my collection
to fund my studies. Over the coming weeks I’ll be listing everything from
glamorous 30s evening dresses, to novelty print 50s day dresses to 60s beaded
shift dresses. I can’t believe myself quite how much I have amassed! I am also selling items from the collection of Naomi Thompson, including items that featured in her recent Style me Vintage: Clothes book.
