We are unable to control the weather, postal delays, strikes and natural disasters  . We rely heavily on many other systems to work so that your order is with you as quick as possible including Royal Mail and other postal services in other countries. If it does not go smoothly then give us a chance to at least put it right before leaving negative feedback  .


Undelivered Orders

Unfortunately their will always be opportunists, we have adopted new procedures to minimise problems with missing or 'undelivered' items. In most cases we have found the item has actually been delivered (as we randomly track parcels) although we have been informed they have not been received.

If you have genuinely not received your item please do the following:

  • Many order dispatched do not fit through a standard letter box. If it was unable to be posted and nobody was available to collect it from the postman then it would have been returned to your local sorting office. (Mostly without notification), please get in touch with them to see if they have your parcel.
  • Orders are randomly tracked, you MAY have to sign for delivery. Again, if nobody is available you will need to rearrange delivery or collection from your local sorting office.
  • Please contact us if you have not received your item within 10 working days , we may be able to track it for you.
  • Missing or 'lost' items are not recognised as such until 15 working days after the product was dispatched. We will only re-dispatch orders after Royal Mail has settled a legitimate claim for the original missing order, or it has been returned to us as undelivered. This process could take another 14 days after the 15 day waiting period for lost items

Delivery Address:
Under no circumstances will this be altered after the order and payment has been made. This information needs to be amended in your PayPal and eBay accounts prior to making an order.

Undelivered Items:
If an item is returned as undelivered because it has not been collected from the local sorting office or a redelivery arranged, we reserve the right to request payment for the postage. Only then will we re-dispatch your order. If a refund is requested this will be granted
but will exclude actual postage costs incurred for processing the order.
If an item is also returned due to an incorrect postage address which is incomplete in both eBay and PayPal we will also request payment for the redelivery.
