Shipping and Returns

Dispatch

All orders are usually processed within 24 hours after payment is received

Express/Next Day Delivery:

Where an extra payment has been made for Express/Next Day Delivery, the order will be despatched the same day providing the order is received before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday), .

If the order for Express Delivery is made at the Weekend, the order will be processed on the next working day

All items are despatched safely and securely to limit and prevent damage.

All items will include a sales summary of your purchase.

Packing

All items are shipped in manufacturer supplied packing.  Delicate or fragile items are packed separately and sent though a track-able service.  Customers can request extra packing to be used for their purchase (please check at time of purchase) for a small fee.

Delivery

All items are despatched from out UK distribution centre.

We use respected couriers only – Royal Mail, DHL, City Link, Parcelforce, Yodel & TNT.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48hours of confirmed payment

Larger & more expensive items will be sent through a track-able service

All orders will be despatched to the address held on eBay only.

Fast next day delivery option is also available upon request for an extra charge please get in touch by calling Customer Services on 0843 523 5307 for details before ordering.

If your item is being sent by a Courier, you will receive an email to confirm the Tracking Number for your parcel as soon as your order is processed.  Your tracking number will not go live until the Parcel is actually despatched and with the courier for delivery.

Please note that our free shipping is restricted to UK Mainland only.

Additional postage charge of £11.00 Per Parcel will apply to the following areas:

Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles , Scottish Highlands and N.Ireland

Republic of Ireland will incur a surcharge of £14.99 Per Parcel

Returns Policy

100% 14 Day Money Back Guarantee – All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. 

After 14 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

For all Returns/Exchanges/Faulty items, Please ensure that you fill out the returns form provided with your order, not doing so will delay the return process.

Change of Mind under DSR

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, you can do so under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), please inform us within 14 days of Receipt. 

The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us.  Once we receive your confirmation within 14 days, you then have a further 7 working days to return the item to us, at your own expense.

Once we have received the product (please include a copy of the invoice for reference / contact details to confirm where the parcel has come from), we will then issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advise you take out postal insurance.

If you have received incorrect item

Please contact us immediately (within 14 days) of goods received.  Please call our Customer Service Team or email enquiries@myshipit.net

We will advise action to be taken, in most cases we will ask for the item back and issue a full replacement of the correct item, please contact us before sending any item back.

If you have received a faulty item

Please contact us immediately (within 14 days) of goods received.  After 14 days we assume all goods are satisfactory.

Please supply as much information as possible, your contact details, details of the fault, and any pictures of the faulty item to speed up the query and how we can resolve your query to your satisfaction.

Please note the minor issues may be resolved by supplying replacement parts or alternative solutions acceptable to both parties.

Payment

Check – Out Now

Click the Pay Now button at the top of this listing to immediately proceed with our checkout and payment process.  We prefer payment by verified PayPal Accounts with a confirmed address.

We accept Credit Card/Debit Cards - Please contact our Customer Service Team (0843 523 5296) who will process all transactions over the telephone.

To cancel any orders please inform us immediately by telephone or email as most orders are processed within 24 hours.

How long will it take to get my item?

Please check the listing for method of despatch and also the estimated date of delivery will be shown once you confirm purchase.

Royal Mail – This can take up to 7 working days to deliver from date of cleared payment

Royal Mail Tracked – This can take up to 3 working days to deliver from date of cleared payment

Any other Courier service – This can take up to 5 working days to deliver from date of cleared payment

I’ve not received my item, it was despatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class, what do I do now?

If your item was despatched with Royal Mail standard parcels, this is an untracked service.  If 7 days have elapsed, check with your local sorting office, they may have your item.  If the item is not at the sorting office after 15 days, the item will be returned to us.

Lost Parcels

Please allow up to 15 days working days before reporting the item as lost in post, we will endeavour to track your item.  The relevant courier will be contacted immediately for a full investigation and suitable option will be offered.  If in the event that your item is lost in the courier depo we will offer you a replacement or refund.


Not Called For/Addressee Unknown/ Address Incomplete/ Refused/ No such Address

If we receive the Item with one of the following reasons Not Called For/Addressee Unknown/ Address Incomplete/ Refused/ no such address by our courier.  We will contact you to confirm your details and then we will send out the order only on the first occassion, if the item arrives back to us we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
