This three stack "lawyer's" bookcase is all original from about 1900. Birch hardwood has a very well preserved finish with some crazing and wear for antique character, see photos.
Wavy glass and brass knobs are charming. The doors open down, which we have never seen before on this library furniture. Crafted in America, the base and top are separate sections as well.
Two upper sections hold books up to 7 1/2" deep and 9 1/2" tall, the larger lower section up to 9" deep and 11" tall. Overall dimensions are 34" wide, 13" deep and 48" tall. W-B4109 |
