  • RMA: All returns MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA) no. To request an RMA no, please contact us with your order no, item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return. Returns must be postparked back to us within 30 days of purchase date ( Some exclusions apply. See below for details)Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Exchange/ Refund : We offer two options for our customers to choose. Please note that hosiery, body stockings, underwear, wigs and swimwear are final and are not refundable - neither exchanges nor returns will be accepted on the above listed items to ensure sanitary conditions for all of our customers.
    1. Buy a replacement item and Return The Original Item For A Refund:
      If you need the replacement item in a hurry, please purchase a new size or style and we will ship your new order as soon as we receive payment. Return the original item along with your RMA number written on the invoice. Once we receive your return we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item. Only the original item price is eligible for credit. Shipping charges are non refundable.
    2. Return Your Item For A Refund Without Purchasing a New Item:
      If you cannot find a replacement in our store, we will refund your order, but $5 restocking fee per item (to cover original shipping cost) will apply. We offer free shipping for most of our items but that doesn't mean that there isn't any shipping cost for us to ship the item. Return the product to us with your RMA number written on the invoice, as well as a brief note indicating that you wish to be refunded. The original shipping/handling and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your return/exchange. Keep in mind that some credit card companies may take an additional 2-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
  • Condition : Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags to be considered for a refund. Also, any items that are soiled or exposed to pet hair or the smell of perfume or smoke will not be accepted for return. Items that are not returned within 30 days, or that are not in their original condition will be subject to a 40% processing and restocking fee.
