To apply, simply remove things such as wax from the area and make the surface dry. Cover area with tape, Rub down smoothly and then your ready to go.  Its Adhesion strength is the highest of any tape on the market meaning it will not fall of the board!  It will keep the water out for temporary purposes - Not to be used as a permanent repair.  Its waterproof enough to give you a few surf sessions.
