They are suitable for babies from birth, but we do recommend that the bears are kept out of 
reach of babies until they are about 30 months old.

Blue

The bears wear a knitted jumper or hoody with the name and date of birth. Or just the name if you prefer. 
Pink thread is used for pink teddy and blue thread for blue teddy, u
nless another colour is requested, please request the colour when you send us your personalised message.



How to send your requirements:

Please fill in what you would like on the jumper or hoody in the 'Note to seller' box at the checkout. 
Or send a message after ordering. 
            
You will receive an email confirming your order and personalisation details, please check this to ensure all details are correct.

Please ensure you double check your personalisation details, to make sure you have made no spelling mistakes or errors. We will embroider EXACTLY as you have asked for this includes UPPER and lower case. We cannot be held responsible if you make a mistake with spellings etc...

Please allow 7 working days for delivery in the UK.

Most orders outside the UK arrive in about 9 working days, but allow up to 21 days especially for America and Australia.

Orders received after midday may be dispatched next working day due to time taken to personalise. However please note we do give ourselves 1-3 working days to personalise and dispatch items. 

If your order is urgent please select 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' at the check out for orders received before 12.00 midday for delivery the next working day (Excluding Saturday and Sunday) We will ensure the product is in the post the same day.

Friday orders could be delivered Monday.
Orders received after midday may be dispatched the next day for delivery the following day.

If you do not select this option but request an urgent delivery we still send it within the time 
scales above, but we cannot guarantee delivery within your time scale as the product is in the hands of Royal Mail. 

All items in the UK are sent signed for, so please make sure someone is in to take and sign for your parcel.

All items to other countries are now sent Tracked and signed.

This is due to some claims of non delivery.

If your item comes back to us because it was undeliverable (no one was in/ wasn't called for etc...) we can resend it but there will be an extra postage charge. If you do not want the item resent we cannot refund your money as it is a personalised item which cannot be resold, unless your item is a teddy which we will refund the purchase price minus the cost of the jumper and thread.

We will send your parcel to the address you have provided at checkout unless specifically requested otherwise, we cannot be held responsible if the address you provided is incorrect.  

In the unlikely case you do not receive your item please get in touch with us to arrange a replacement. Unless we notice your item has been signed for we will send you a replacement straight away 1st Class Signed For. 

We hold the right to change shipping rates without notice.


Returns Policy:

We pride ourselves on great customer service so, if for any reason you are unhappy with the product you have received please get in touch with us and we will do our best to help you.

 

Items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements cannot be re-sold, so we are unable to refund, unless the item is faulty or the personalisation is incorrect.

If the personalisation is incorrect and it is our mistake we will happily send another for you. To help us get your item exactly to your requirements please respond to our confirmation email which includes the personalisation details this ensures all embroidery will be correct, and also as stated above please check all your details carefully.


Please Note- We take pictures of every item that we send for personalisation evidence.


If your item arrives damaged please email us with a picture of the damaged item, if you cannot supply us with an image of the item we will refuse to refund or send a replacement. 

Any complaints have to be made within 14 days of receipt. Any after this time will not be considered.
