All items are shipped in manufacturer supplied packing. Delicate or fragile items are packed
separately and sent though a track-able service. Customers can request extra packing to be
used for their purchase (please check at time of purchase) for a small fee.

We use respected couriers only – Royal Mail, DHL, City Link,
Parcelforce, Yodel & TNT.

Change of Mind under DSR
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered
and you wish to return it, you can do so under the Distance Selling Regulations
(DSR), please inform us within 14 days of Receipt.
The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned
to us. Once we receive your confirmation
within 14 days, you then have a further 7 working days to return the item to
us, at your own expense.
Once we have received the product (please include a copy of
the invoice for reference / contact details to confirm where the parcel has
come from), we will then issue a full refund for the product to your original
payment method.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged
or lost in the post so advise you take out postal insurance.
