Bidders:

Please ensure you read this section before placing a bid. These conditions are provided to ensure both the buyer and seller experience a pleasant, quick, safe and easy transaction.

Winning Bidders:

The successful bidder must complete the sale transaction within 4 days from the date of receipt of email checkout notification after the end of the sale. Bidders who fail to complete the sale will have a non bid paying alert filed against them, so please do not bid unless you intend to complete the sale.

Payment:

Payments can be made by direct bank deposit Cash on pick up or Pay Pal.

Delivery:

Item will not be picked up / shipped until full payment ( winning bid + postal charges) has been received in full. We will endeavour to ship items within 2 business days of payment receipt. Freight can be arranged through Australia Post or Couriers. Pick-ups are allowed but by prior arrangement only.

Feedback:

We suggest to our buyers to leave a feedback after the item has been received. After we receive the buyer's positive feedback, we will leave a positive feedback to the buyer on the same day. Please contact us to fix any problems that may arise before leaving any negative feed backs (Negative Feed backs won’t solve the problems). If you choose to leave a negative feedback before either contacting us or allowing us to fix a possible error, we will take that as a conclusion of our business and ending of all obligations.
