This is an ex-corporate Laptop and has been removed from a fully working environment. It has been refurbished by our in-house (fully qualified) engineers and tested to be working perfectly. There has not been any previous faults with the Laptop itself.
As with any sellers on eBay that sell refurbished computers, there may be very minor surface marks to the case. However, this is just superficial and is covered by custom made vinyl cover themes.

This item comes with 1 Year warranty (to give you a complete confidence).
Just like any computer company, the warranty does not cover any software conflicts created by user, i.e. virus/accidental deleted system files.
Our engineers test and check each machine before it leaves our warehouse, to avoid any problems on arrival (which ultimately saves time).
We do not provide a pick-up service. We have recently upgraded our warehouse.
Our administration address still remains the same, though we do not hold stock here. The engineers at the warehouse are not customer facing.
