This is not an “as-is” sale, the item works exactly as described and I am prepared to prove that by demonstrating it over the phone/in person/or any other way you can think of. I photo all serial #'s and make a video of the item working with proof of date before shipping to deter scammers. All items ship with delivery confirmation and insurance so you're not at any risk. If you find my shipping price high, bear in mind that I am also paying for insurance and delivery confirmation, and that it almost always costs me more to ship than I charge. All that being said, unless I send you a different item, or the item is incomplete in some way, you are keeping it. No returns unless I've made a mistake. I don't pay exorbitant Ebay and PayPal fees and then shipping charges for you to try out an item and then return it because you don't like it, you wanted to try it out, or you need to pay the rent. On the other hand I don't sell junk, you're going to want to keep the item.
