Vintage miniature change/coin purse of a very unusual design: it is nestled inside of a round frame with the lock attached at the top and the hinges at the sides. It is hallmarked inside on the metal with PAT and a star logo (see picture #3). The purse is made of softest green leather with gold Fleur De Lis design. Measures 3" across the disc and 2-3/4" across the opening.  Excellent condition, appears barely used, some age related fading/yellowing of the interior green lining. Please review the pictures.
