Currently, AmeriBrit offers shipping in the United States only. We do not currently deliver to Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, International Addresses, Freight Forwarders, Hotels, APO/FPO, PO Box.
Unless otherwise notified due to unforeseen factors, Goods will be dispatched/delivered within the conditions listed also within the time frame specified in eBay of cleared funds. Items may require a signature for proof of delivery so it's your responsibility to make sure someone is available to take delivery at the address provided by eBay unless we are otherwise notified by email. We accept no responsibility for goods delayed or undeliverable due to problems encountered by you or the courier services used.
Items are in stock at time of listing but are offered to other retailers & occasionally go on back order or sell out. Please don't hesitate to ask us prior to ordering whether or not the item is still in stock.
Goods are ship directly from the warehouse so will be subject to condition on the day of shipping, (No Local Pick Ups!). In the event that we are unable to supply the goods due to unforeseen factors i.e sold out or on back order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

When you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, if any damage is found just refuse the item and explain the reason to the driver, then report the said damage to us within 48hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods and satisfied. Please note that should problems occur, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of the said problem along with your user ID and your eBay purchase item number. If we haven't been notified by you of any problems 14 days after receiving the item, we will assume your happy with your purchase/arrived safely & as described.
If your return or cancellation request is not the result of an error on our part i.e. Buyer's Remorse/On Screen Color Discrepancy etc., you are responsible for the return Postage & Packaging costs with a 15% Restocking Fee . Each item should be packaged and returned in its original shipping box ensuring that proper return documentation is attached to each box. We have the right to refuse return/full refund if the item is returned not in its original condition.
