About Our Listings

We sell a mixture of new, wet-tested, vintage, and pre-owned items through our eBay store. Check the item description and Item Specifics box carefully for the details on each particular listing. All our items ship from our smoke-free facility and we do not list items that have any evidence of having been exposed to tobacco smoke (we are very sensitive to it).

If you have any questions, please send an eBay message through the Contact Seller form and we'll reply as soon as possible. Shop our eBay listings with confidence and we'll ship your order right away!

Payment

Please select your shipping method from the options shown in each listing and submit payment via PayPal within 2 business days of the auction end. We make every effort to ship within 1 business day of confirmed payment receipt. If you are buying multiple "Buy it Now" items, use eBay's "Add to Cart" button for each and your combined shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. If you are buying multiple Auction-style listings, we do combine shipping based on the total weight of the package. We will send you an invoice for multiple items to reflect combined shipping. If you are bidding on items that end on different days, please send us a message after the first one ends.

Important Shipping Information

Make sure your address and other details are correct before placing your order, and that you select the correct size/color options. For our protection and yours, we can ship only to the address provided by eBay checkout so double-check it before completing payment.

Shipping cost is based on package weight, your location, and other factors. Please see the listing details for shipping rates and estimated delivery times to your location. In the rare case that eBay's shipping calculator is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you with a revised shipping quote.

We will choose from all available methods and may ship your order from our Michigan location or any of several warehouses around the USA. In most cases, this means you receive your order within eBay's estimated delivery time but transit times may be longer depending on your distance from the warehouse.

Orders may ship the same day you place your order, but in many cases will ship the next business day. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays. Please also note that Saturday, Sunday, and US Federal Holidays do not count in transit time. In our experience, eBay's estimated shipping times are often optimistic and can overestimate how quickly the US Postal Service and UPS can deliver your package, especially when you choose Economy Shipping.

Please watch for UPS, USPS, or plain packaging and remember to look in your mailbox as well as at your front door or other entrances as your carrier may leave it in an out-of-sight location for your protection.

Make sure you give us a complete, correct, deliverable shipping address! Your shipment will be delayed if you don't give us the complete, correct address including apartment, suite, or condo number. If you live on a private road or gated community, please use the address or mailbox at which you receive your regular US Mail and/or UPS packages.

Other Shipping Information: iSnorkel ships to domestic USA and Military FPO/APO addresses. International addresses in select countries are served by eBay's Global Shipping Program, by which we ship to a US-based fulfillment center that then handles the international portion of the delivery. If you need assistance with an international order, please send us a message via eBay.

Return and Exchange Policy:

We are committed to your satisfaction. We want to make it easy to return or exchange your items so you can feel confident shopping with us.

How long do I have to return items for a refund or exchange?

We accept returns of new products in perfect condition within 60 days of purchase. Items that are listed as other than new (pre-owned, used, new with defects, etc.) must be returned within 14 days. All items must be returned in the same condition that we shipped them to you. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

What about exchanges?

eBay's Returns process does not handle exchanges well. If you'd like to exchange for a different size or different product, we suggest you return the first item for a refund and purchase the second item in a new transaction.

What are the conditions on returns and exchanges?

Products sold as New: Any returned products must be NEW, in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn except for trying on, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Products sold as other than New (Used, Pre-owned, New with defects, etc.): Any returned products must be in the same condition as in the original description in the listing, with tags or any included accessories or packaging if applicable.

When you try on products at home, please do so without makeup, sunscreen, body powder, lotion, fragrances, or deodorant residue on your body and face as these can transfer to the product and cause stains that will reduce your refund. Try on wetsuits, boardshorts, swimsuits, etc. while wearing your own swimsuit or undergarments.

We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange requests of dirty, stained, damaged, incomplete, used, and altered products. Once a mouthpiece or snorkel has been in your mouth, it will not be accepted for return or exchange. We are not new to this and we really want to issue a 100% refund or exchange to everyone who treats us like the professionals we are. So, please, make sure you intend to keep it before you let your cat / dog / iguana / family member shed on it, sleep on it, chew it, remove makeup with it, wad it up into a ball, smoke near it, or otherwise treat it like a disposable item! Any product that smells like smoke is neither new nor resellable and won't be accepted.

Enclose a note with your order number or eBay ID, name, phone, and email. You can also simply enclose your original Packing List or a copy of your order confirmation.

Who pays for return shipping?

You as the customer pay for return shipping and choose the method to use. For lightweight items, "First Class Package" or "Priority Mail" from the US Postal Service will probably be your lowest cost option. We suggest you ship by a trackable method with insurance, as we must actually receive it here in order to issue a refund or exchange credit.

What about missing or defective items?

If there is a problem with the items in your shipment (whether you believe it is defective or damaged in shipping, if it looks like we made a mistake in the shipment, or there are items missing), please call us at 734-253-2461 or send an eBay message as soon as possible. You must contact us regarding damaged, defective, or incomplete shipments no later than 3 business days after delivery. Do not throw away any packaging or broken pieces as these may be required for us to process a claim with the shipping company or manufacturer.

Whether it was our mistake, or a problem caused by our vendor or the shipping company, we will do our best to fix the problem and file any appropriate damage or warranty claims on your behalf with the delivery company or manufacturer. The manufacturer may opt to replace or repair your product, depending on the situation.
