It´s back to the future for the 2012 Inbred as we pare our chromolysteel classic to basics.

The Inbred has a simple mission: make it easy to build a greatmountain bike for UK conditions at an unbeatable price. The latest Inbredremains true to that aim with steel-is-real performance.

To keep it simple (and keep the cost you you down!) we´re nowgiving you three versions to choose from: vertical drop-out, slot-dropout andsinglespeed.

All Inbreds have our tried and true cross-country geometry, honedover 10 years of development. The handling is great for long days out on themoors and - in skilled hands - bombing trail centres.

This is the vertical drop-out version, for riders who intend to runa derailleur gear transmission. Cable routing is for fully-enclosed cables tokeep out the horrid British muck. Or whatever local horrid muck you wantto exclude. Huge mud room and chainring clearance stops things gettingclaggy.

The Inbred is designed for contemporary forks with up to 120mmtravel and disc brakes.
