Payment is by Paypal only. We do not accept any other form of payment. Your item will only be shipped once your payment has cleared. If you pay by Paypal e-cheque you agree to wait until the funds have cleared into our account until we ship your item. If you require next day you must make payment by 2pm. (Remember to upgrade your shipping option when selecting shipping at checkout.)
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day on our standard 3-5 working day delivery. If you require your order sooner please select an upgraded shipping option. Next day is only available if the order is received before 2pm. We do not profit from postage costs, the amount we charge covers the expense of the postage charges & packaging. We can only ship to your Paypal verified address. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make sure your address including the postcode is correct and up to date. We do not allow collection.

All returns made by Distance Selling Regulations must be made within 7 days of delivery, returns made under DSR will be refunded minus the shipping cost. In the unlikely event that your item has been damaged during shipping you must be report it to us and return the item within 7 days where a full refund will be issued to you, or if available, we may replace or repair the item. Please contact us for the returns address.
PLEASE NOTE: In some rare cases batteries may need replacing. It will be the buyers responsibility to cover this cost. We can recommend Poundland for AAA rechargeable batteries at a cost of £1 per pair. Please see listing details for battery type, for batteries other than AAA or when Poundland is not convenient please check ebay.
