Thanks for looking at my working C128CR
This board is exceptionally rare and there is very little information available as to the origins of this mainboard. I have only ever seen mention of it a couple of times, mainly as an "engineer sample" or "prototype board" I contacted Bil Herd the Commodore designer of the original Commodore 128 and even he was unsure http://c128.com/c128cr The board runs with an 64k VDC chip and an 8580 SID This has been part of my collection for a couple of years and I have decided to get rid of everything that I dont use frequently. The pictures of the board are missing the SID chip but this is now included (shown in the video link) http://youtu.be/Cm4hU7yuxyk You are bidding for just the C128CR board and case. There is no power supply included. Forgot to mention... This is a PAL model On 25-Jul-14 at 23:23:41 BST, seller added the following information: Update 25/7/2014 RF shield found - picture added + picture of the installed SID chip |
