Digital DCJ11-AE 18 Mhz CPU chips. Lot of 100 pieces of bulk-packed NEW  Digital DCJ11-AE 18 Mhz CPU chips. These are packed 25 to a carton in DEC packaging so you will receive (4) cartons of 25 pieces each to total a lot of 100 pieces. The DCJ11-AE was designed as a PDP-11/70 on a chip.
