All Faulty Item will be replaced if notified within 24hrs of receipt of goods. Please obtain a RMA from us before sending the goods back. If items were tested ok by us then shipping cost will paid by the buyer. In most case we supply a pre-paid returns label on the condition that item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. If that turn out to be not the case upon receiving the goods back, PRE-PAID potage cost of £ £3.50 will be charged from the refund. If you simply changed your mind and require refund a shipping cost will be deducted as long as item is returned in the state we have supplied. All blister package item if opened will only receive 20% refund if customer ordered it incorrectly. If item is faulty we offer PRE-PAID return service so please call us for RMA. Delay in postal service is beyond our control no refunds will be given if item is late due to the fault of Royal Mail. Before making a claim or raising a dispute, give us a chance to fix the problem.
