We accept payment via Paypal from all customers, and we can also process credit card payments over the telephone for UK customers. All sales are processed and dispatched after payment is verified.

All of our items are dispatched from the UK. Our standard shipping option to the UK is the Royal Mail's RM48 tariff. Expedited shipping is on offer for select items for a small fee, and generally is a one day service to most parts of the UK. We can also offer special delivery upon enquiry.

Our international sales are dispatched via priority airmail, with tracked shipping for select items or upon request. We regret that we cannot dispatch parcels heavier than 2Kg or larger than 90cm (L+W+D) outside of the UK.

Orders placed before 2PM weekdays will be dispatched that same day.

If your item does not arrive in acceptable condition, or you are otherwise unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately to arrange a return. We offer a 14-day no-quibble returns policy. Goods should be returned in the original packaging and in the condition they were received.
