All Genius Things items include FREE delivery.

Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within one working day of receiving payment. Items ordered by midday (Mon - Fri) will be dispatched the same day.

Small items (less than 1kg in weight and less than 2.5cm in thickness) will be posted by Royal Mail 1st Class. Larger items will be sent by courier and you will receive a tracking number for your delivery.

           Returns

If you are not happy with your item, please return it in the condition you received it, in its original packaging and with all tags attached, within 30 days. Goods must be returned postage paid. 

The purchase price will be refunded to your PayPal account within 14 days of receiving the item back in our warehouse. Postage and packaging will not be refunded. Postage is at your own risk so please use a tracked delivery service.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement, including the cost of postage.
