Beautiful Antique Bohemian Garnet Earrings
These are a gorgeous pair of Antique Earrings, made in Czechoslovakia in the Victorian period
A cluster design, with 5 large faceted garnets, with 3 smaller stones set in between the larger ones. 17 Beautiful gems in each earring
The design is very typical of Bohemian Garnet Jewellery, the stones have been expertly cut to give a bright red glow when they catch the light
Made out of Silver with a Gold wash, they fasten to the ears with screw backs which work well
They measure approx 1 cm square, and they are both marked Silver on the back of the screw fittings
In fantastic Antique Condition, with no stones missing. One is set very slightly askew on the fitting, but it looks as though its always been like that, and overall its barely noticeable
Very rare and collectable, the only ones on ebay at the time of listing !
