You are bidding on a Sons Of Temperance 3 part medal inscribed Worthy Associate for the Anchor of hope lodge Lynn Massachusetts circa 1892 and it's original case. The medal looks to be plated metal . The persons rank is inscribed on the center bar Worthy Associate and the emblem of the lodge is on the lower medallion. The medal is in good condition with tarnish and wear to the metal plating. The medal measures 3 inches  tall and 1 1/2 inches wide. The case measures about 3 1/2 inches by 2 inches.
