If you do not contact the delivery guy within 2 business days, the item will be automatically return to us. Please understand we do not instruct them to do so, this is the standard practice in Australia.
3. Please put your full name and Contact Number on your order.
4. In the case you are working full time, perhaps it would be wiser to use your working address as your shipping address so you would be able to sign it.
5. YES we can send your order to your own PO BOX. Please Remember we use a courier Service, Not Australia Post
6. We regret to inform that customer will have to pay for Redelivery cost of $10.50 if the item is returned to us due to incorrect address ,failing to collect the item/ or contact the courier.
