- After the order is received by the buyer, there are 30 days to file for a return/exchange/store credit. - All returned items must be authorized through Ebay. We will not take any returns without prior authorization. - If item is returned due to buyer error, buyer pays for return shipping. - If changes or cancellation need to be made after the order is placed, contact us right away. Once the package is prepared, we cannot make any changes to the order. - If item is returned due to seller error, seller pays for return shipping. - If item is received damaged from carrier, notify us within 3 days so we can file a claim with the carrier company, otherwise we cannot provide refund/exchange for a damaged item. - All items must be returned in resell-as-new condition in their original manufacturer's packaging. We will decline all returns for items that have been damaged, used, missing parts, and/or otherwise cannot be resell-as-new condition. - All buyer returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- All orders will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEX, depending on package size, weight, and shipping distance. Some items may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. - Orders over $99 ships FREE.
