Returns
We are an established UK retailer, with a bricks and mortar shop and have been trading online since 2004. Customer returns are not, therefore, a problem. All we ask is that you open a returns request through eBay. This can be done by finding the item in My eBay under Purchase History and selecting Return this item from the More actions drop-down.
Please do not return parcels without contacting us first because we have several warehouses and we need to tell you where your items should be sent. Failure to comply could result in your parcel being sent to the wrong address and, under these circumstances, you may not be refunded. Ordinarily you will be refunded within 7 days of us receiving your parcel. We will not refund any customer until the parcel has been safely returned to us.
