  • For this item, orders are typically shipped within 24-48 HOURS of payment receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • We provide several options for shipment, please review the different options with the shipping calculator.  You can change your shipping option in the paypal payment screen, along with your shipping address. Please note that we will only ship to the address we receive from paypal, so please be sure to make any changes during the payment process.
  • Express shipping is only guaranteed 2-day delivery for U.S. customers.  This does not include order processing time. 
  • We do ship internationally to all countries.  Again, please check the shipping calculator for your particular country.  Please be aware that first class international is not trackable, can take 2-4 weeks for delivery, and refunds will not be issued for items held up in customs or that arrive outside this timeframe.

PAYMENT:                                             

  • We accept Paypal, or credit cards over the phone. 
  • Payment must be received within 10 days after auction ended.
  • Echecks must wait for clearing before shipment.

RETURN POLICY:

  • No returns accepted without contacting us first. Request for non-defective return must be made within THREE DAYS of receipt of goods. Merchandise must be returned in ORIGINAL condition and freight prepaid. Otherwise return will not be accepted. 10% restocking charge will be applied on returns. S&H fees are non-refundable.
  • We are willing to exchange or refund your item if it is found to be damaged due to shipment transition. Please report all claims of loss and damages immediately upon receipt of the shipment concerned. You may need to keep the original packaging for inspection. Delay in reporting may cause you a loss.
