The United States Constitution Bicentennial Covers Collection

This is a collection of 75 event covers commemorating the 200th. Anniversary of the Constitution..

Each cover has a full color pictorial cachet depicting the historic event, along with stamps affixed and cancelled in the city and on the date of the 200th. anniversary.  Many of the stamps are in combination with relevant older commemorative issues completing the vignette. In addition each cover has a special informational data card detailing the historical event

The special event covers in a 3-ring Album was an offering of The The Postal Commemorative Society during the late 1980's

The Album is dark blue, vinyl cover with gold lettering.

This is a very fine collection for the history buff, or would be a great alternative for teaching history to school children.

Each Cover and corresponding data card are inserted into special mylar pages for display.

The album and contents are in excellent condition. - Note all of the covers are addressed and the album front has the name of the original owner..
