I am selling all my cards and collectibles.  My health has declined a bit, meaning that I can no longer play magic, nor maintain a store, so, all will go.  I have many items, so, look back for new items until i close up shop.  

Payment is due within 7 days or I have the right to relist the item. I do use the ebay non bidder system. If a problem happens, I am more than willing to work with you to solve a problem. I am a firm believer that life comes first and magic second.

Canadian shipping for singles items (singles items are up to 4 of any one card) is 3.25 for the first auction + .50 per auction after that. Canadian shipping for items in batches of 9 or more (for ex 10 beast tokens) are 4.00  for the first auction + .50 per auction after that. Canadian shipping for playsets (for ex future sight uncommon set x 4) is 10 for the first auction + 5 per playset after that. I am sorry shipping to Canada is so high, but, it has gotten very expensive to ship there.

Shipping for all USA orders is: For single sets (for ex Dread x 4) is 2.50 for the first auction + .35 per auction after that. USA shipping for 9 or more items (for ex 10 x beast tokens) is 3.00 for the first auction + .50 per auction after that. Lastly, USA shipping for all playsets (for ex lorwyn common playset or set x 4) is 6.50 for the first auction + 4.00 per auction playset after that.

If you win auctions from mixed items (say a playset of commons and 2 singles auctions ) , wait for my invoice. I usually give a discount on top of common sense discounts, so, don't be surprised if I don't charge you the full amount, that is not my error, it is on purpose :). 

 I reserve the right to refund your payment or send you a seperate bill for added costs if you send more then one paypal payment. The shipping discount listed above is only if you send me one paypal payment.   Use of paypal requires some proof of mailing on all orders and i must follow those rules. Refusal to follow these simple rules could result in delays in your order going out.

Due to the new scam, if a buyer wants free shipping as a best offer term (as opposed to if the auction naturally has free shipping), the buyer must pay for proof of mailing if using paypal. Paypal requires some proof of mailing for all orders and I always cover that cost in basic shipping, however, free shipping does not include free insurance. On any free shipping best offer, you will be subject to 1.50 fee which covers proof of mailing that paypal requires. Any questions on this, please email me about it. 

All the items I send out are between F & NM so, there are no returns. We all know that some people try to buy new cards and say they came damaged and the truth is that they have damaged cards and try to give you the damaged cards and they keep your new cards. In the event that something unique happens, then it will be on a specific basis on a case by case order.

I accept paypal (preferred).   Local pickups will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Buy with confidence. IF you have an unconfirmed address for paypal, I reserve the right to request additional information or an alternative payment method. What this means is that if I suspect a scam might be happening, I do not have to accept your paypal payment and can refund any payapl payment made from an unconfirmed address. Due to scammers, I have to protect myself with this explicitly stated policy.

If the name of the auction differs from the picture on the auction, the auction is for the item named in the auction, not the picture. I have noticed for newer items, people don't care about seeing a generic picture of the new cards, so , I don't upload them. So, when in doubt, the name in the auction title is what the auction is for, not the picture. For ex, if the title says the auction is for a brushand but the picture is for a Taiga, the auction is for the brushland, not the tiaga.

I also sell repacks. But, mine are different. Most people offer a monster item and a whole bunch of crap to go along with that item, so in a hundred count batch, you will get 5 great rares and 95 crap rares. This is what I do!! I put a playset of rares from each expansion in the packs and mix them up, so, you can pull any card from a damnation to a tarmogoyf to a foil damnation to anything else I decide to toss in. I have them in type 2 and type 1 anything goes. i have about 2000 of them made up, so, there are thousands of dollars of cards available for your luck. Each pack is guarenteed to have at least 1 rare and 2 uncommons and have a total of at least 12 cards. I have foils and multiple rares, foil rares, packs that are all uncommons, rares or foils. I make it fun to buy repacks from me. i work hard to make sure your order is at least worth the money you spend on it. To make this even better, I offer bonuses.
