- We have programming for a great many vehicles, but not all ! Some manufacturers have made it so this process can only be done with special equipment. Most Audi, Jaguar, Mercedes, Saab, Volvo, VW, Some Cadillacs, all smart keys, and some GM Remotes are amoungst those that are dealer only or very good locksmith programable with special diagnostic equipment. We have hundreds of program instructions, but not everything can be done via a relitively simple set of instructions. Generally, if we do not have the programming info, NO ONE DOES. Please do not be fooled by other vendors.

- Programming is NOT automatically sent, you must request it. This is because our auctions frequently cover multiple years and vehicle models. We need your specific info so we can send you the exact info for your vehicle. We can not send the the programming via ebays system as they do not allow attachments. Please make yor request to us directly and place the words "Programming Request" in the email subject line. Include the following info with your request:

PROGRAMMING: This auction will include a NEW UNCUT BLADE. There is NO self programming for this remote. It MUST be programmed by your local dealer or locksmith is required.
The Toyota smart key for your car you have can ONLY be
programmed with SPECIAL EQUIPMENT. It is equivalent to a
hand held type of computer that gets connected to the vehicle.
Unfortunately, there is NO simple set of instructions that can be self
done for these cars. The manufacturer has made it so that a visit to a
dealer or good locksmith will be necessary to get this accomplished.
We would suggest the locksmith as they are likely cheaper. Make
sure to check with a dealer or locksmith first before purchasing as
there are NO returns on this item.

We also have many NEW & Used remotes that are not always listed on ebay. Contact us if you have an interest in purchasing a new remote instead of a pre-owned unit, or need an item you can not locate in our current auctions. We will gladly list a new auction for you!
- All Remotes are fully tested several times prior to shipping. Please check with your dealer for compatibility before you bid to be certain that your vehicle is equipped with a keyless entry system.
- Many keyless remotes we sell are pre-owned unless otherwise specified. Please read the auction carefully so you fully understand what is being offered and what you are purchasing.
- The batteries are not new on all keyless remotes & Many keys pictured in our auctions are valet keys only, NOT transponder keys unless specifically stated as such. If your auction includes an extra battery, it is generally NOT necessary to immediately install it. It is meant as a spare. Some remotes require two batteries. If your auction only shows one extra battery, that is all you are going to receive.
- The pictures in our auctions may not be of the actual item. It is just impossible for us to take an individual picture of every item. However, you will receive an identical unit in terms of size, number of buttons, FCC ID, color, etc. In other words, what you see PICTURED is what you will receive with the exception of any wear that may vary from unit to unit. We will not take a pic for you of a specific item. You will not receive any physical item that is not in our pictures.
- We will contact the winning bidder via e-mail after the auction has ended. Please closely follow all instructions.
- Payments must be received within 7 days after the order is placed. If no payment is received, we will begin the process with ebay to report you as a non paying bidder. We follow ebays guidelines, and they take time.
- Bidding & Winning constitutes an agreement to purchase that item.
- The description of the items on auction are described to best of our knowledge and manufacturers specifications, however we are not responsible for typographical errors.
- If your existing remote looks the same as our picture, and the FCC ID matches, this item should work for your make and model vehicle. Please check with a dealer or good locksmith for programming. Special equipment is required to reprogram certain remotes such as Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, Saab, Jaguar, Volvo, Some Volkswagons, Some Buicks & Cadillacs. Please check our more complete list of vehicles that cannot be self programmed, or require something additional. There are no returns on these remotes, so do your research before you purchase! - The Buyer alone is responsible for any and all shipping charges for any returns DO NOT send anything in a plain white number ten envelope. It will NOT make it to us. Postal equipment will crush or expell it from the envelope. It MUST be properly packaged similar to the way you will have received the item originally. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee as well.

- All items are shipped very quickly, usually within 24 to 48 hours once your payment is received.
- Continental US Shipping is as per auction. It also includes Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico. All items are sent via USPS first Class Mail.
- We will gladly combine shipping if you purchase more than one item. This will only apply if the purchases are made in close proximiity and we are able to send these items out together! Each additional remote / key purchased adds $3.00 to the base cost.
- International shipments to Canada Only. Cost is $14.95 as we must send it Registered USPS Mail to satisfy Pay Pal's requirements. Canadian shipping does take longer to clear customs.
- We do NOT supply you with the tracking number. USPS delivery confirmation provides little to no information right up until it is actually delivered. MOST items take 3 to 5 days to arrive, but can take longer. Once posted, it is in the hands of the USPS. We have NO control at that point. Please have some patience.

We receive hundreds of emails daily. If you do not get a response within 24 hrs. please send us another email as your original may have been missed or lost in the shuffle. When possible, please respond to previous correspondence so we are able to view the history of previous emails.

We do not accept liability for any loss incurred from the purchase, programming, or use of the keyless entry remote. If you are experiencing programming difficulty, you can also consult your local locksmith or dealer. If for some reason our remote is deemed to be defective, which is extremely rare, & it has not been tampered with, we will replace it.

All sales are final. We are not responsible for the purchase of an improper remote for your vehicle, your vehicles electrical system problems, the car / truck having been involved in an accident, buyers remorse, or any other similar excuse.

Many keys in our auctions are a valet key only, for entry into the vehicle. It will need to be cut by a dealer, locksmith, or other similar vendor. It will not start the vehicle if you require a chipped key.
Returns

No refund or replacement remote will be sent out until we have received the original remote returned to us in the original condition that it was sent out. The amount refunded will be the remote Purchase ONLY. We do not refund the shipping as we have many expenses that this shipping charge needs to cover. A restocking fee may also apply. Please include your ebay user name, item number, and best phone number to reach you at in order to get a refund in a timely fashion.

If you purchase the wrong remote through ebay we will be more than happy to assist you in getting the correct remote. However we are not responsible for any further charges you may encounter in getting the remote back to us, and and an additional shipping fee will apply. Some remotes may be more expensive and the difference will have to be paid before new remote is shipped back out to you. Do NOT send anything back in a plain envelope. It will not make it back to us. Please package it as you received it.
