I gave it new strings and new hammer tips, as well as a new pickup from clavinet.com. I bought it because I have always wanted a Hohner Clavinet with a Whammy system, and was intrigued by this one. The whammy system doesn't work currently, but I haven't tried fixing it, so it might be a real easy fix. It doesn't have the front panel, of course, as that is where the whammy system is installed. It doesn't have the top half of the case either. It works perfectly as just a regular Hohner Clavinet D6 and sounds great too.
