PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This great playing and sounding 5-string active electronics bass made by Ibanez is almost in like new condition and is not only becoming a collector's item, but, it is one of the best all-around active basses ever made, especially for funk slapping and popping. The active electronics are very musical and feature one master volume, one pan, active neck and bridge tone controls, and a parametric mid-sweep dual control. The output jack is located ideally and the bridge is counter sunk into the body to assist in sustain and tone.

This ultra cool looking bass rivals basses that cost 10 times more! The balance of this bass when using it's included strap is absolutely PERFECT! The weight is rather on the light side due to the man-made Luthite body. The body shape is very futuristic even by today's standards and will definitely turn heads! The tuners are great and stay in tune. The neck and action is superb, no buzzing. The contour of the body is perfect and there are scooped "cut-outs" for your thumb to rest upon when fingering and on the G string side for popping. You won't be disappointed in the tone and playability versatility of this bass. Ibanez really outdid themselves in covering all the bases.
