RETURNS

If you decide you are unsatisfied with your item and wish to return it please, CONTACT US THROUGH EBAY no matter what your packing slip says. eBay no longer allows communications regarding eBay sales outside eBay. For just general returns, the buyer must pay to return the item and a refund will be given when the item is received in the warehouse. This is a VERY typical retail return policy similar to Target, Lands End, Pier 1 imports, and other internet retailers. Most require you to pay to ship your return. Please repack your item well and return it via lowest cost carrier. Contact us for the return address. Please notify us prior to sending your return.

If you have a special situation that you feel is not just a general return, please contact us and we can make arrangements for your return.

TAX

Please note that tax must be added to all those who live in California, where AREO has retail presence. Tax is not added to those living in other states.

ORDER PROCESSING

We cannot enter your order into our order fulfillment system until full payment is received through Paypal. It is the buyer’s responsibility to note the color, quantity, and preferences as requested by the eBay listing. Until we receive these notes, we cannot enter your order and it will delay processing. We will do our best to contact you if we do not have your preferences.

Our items are packed and shipped out of a warehouse located in California. Most orders are processed and ready to ship within a day or two of being entered into the warehouse system. Orders are not entered, processed, or packed on weekends. Typically, orders received in eBay after Thursday of any week may not ship until the beginning of the following week. We do NOT ship on weekends. It can take up to 7 (SEVEN) BUSINESS days for the warehouse to process an order if there is a delay in availability or during times of large order volumes due to holidays. Christmas may create delays in processing and shipping. Please consider this when ordering.

Processing times for international orders is typically 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS due to customs paperwork and address verifications. The warehouse only ships international orders on Tuesdays (Pacific Standard Time), thereby adding to the processing time. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Business days for processing do NOT include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays observed by the UPS or US Postal Service. Order processing time does not include shipping time.

BACKORDERS

The warehouse is a high volume dealer and inventory levels fluctuate quickly. In rare instances, an item may go on backorder status even after we receive your order. We will notify you as soon as possible regarding any backorders and possible resolution to the issue. Refunds may be issued in some backorder situations.

SHIPPING

Our warehouse ships UPS or lowest cost carrier. Your auctions shipping cost may be based on USPS rates but be aware it may come through another carrier. A PHYSICAL address is required. Not noting your physical address in the eBay system may delay your order entry and processing time.

PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE IN TIME FOR AN IMPORTANT DATE, WEDDING, PROJECT, HOLIDAY OR BIRTHDAY. Free shipping is by lowest cost carrier, which can take 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS for arrival. Shipping time DOES NOT include order processing time of up to 7-10 days. The majority of our orders arrive within 10-14 business days of payment. However, that is not always the case. If you are in need of your order status please contact us and we will gladly update you on your order.

IF YOU NEED EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT US. WE WILL GLADLY HELP YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN TIME FOR THAT BIG DAY. EXPEDITED SHIPPING WILL REQUIRE THE BUYER TO PAY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS.

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND US TERRITORY SHPPING

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may be subject to increased shipping cost and may be shipped via lowest cost carrier. Shipments to US territories necessitate confirmation of delivery requirements from AREO, and are subject to higher shipping costs. We will notify you via e-mail of approximate shipping cost and requirements on receipt of your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are excited and happy to fulfill international orders. However due to customs requirements, confirmation of delivery, and higher delivery costs international orders DO NOT qualify for free shipping. We do want to use fair shipping costs. If your shipping will not calculate in your auction, it may be due to the size of the item. Please contact us for shipping costs to your country. We will do our best to use the lowest cost carrier. It is hard to anticipate shipping times for International orders. Processing times may be 7-10 days due to customs paperwork and address verifications. Shipping may add another 10-20 days. International orders are typically sent US Postal Service. We only ship US Postal Service orders on Tuesdays Pacific Standard Time. So if you place your order on a Wednesday your order will ship out no earlier than Tuesday of the next week. Your tracking information may take a few days past that to update in your order.
