What shipping options do you offer? First, let me state that your shipping option has absolutely nothing to do with how fast I create your order. That being said: For domestic orders, I offer USPS Priority Mail (transit time: 2-3 business days estimated). For international orders, I offer USPS Priority Mail International (transit time 6-10 business days estimated, depending on customs.) Do you offer any other ribbon choices? No, I do not. If you desire another ribbon color, my ribbons are easily removable, so you may attach your own. How long can my text be? I allow for up to 12 characters on adult hangers, and up to 10 characters on childrens hangers. A heart or ampersand "&" symbols count as two characters. Please consult me if you have questions on whether something may or may not fit before ordering. Can I have my text include capital letters, or can it be more scripty? My script style does not use capital letters. My letters are also precisely formed, instead of haphazardly scripted, which takes much more skill in order to form them perfectly and evenly. Please do not ask me to alter my style; it's like asking an Impressionist style painter to paint in a Cubist style. Do you have other colors of wire? No. I use galvanized steel wire, not aluminum; it does not come in color options. Aluminum is a much softer wire, which requires much less skill to bend, and also breaks much easier. Do you offer discounts for multiple orders? Yes, I offer a 15% discount when you place a single order of 8 or more hangers.
