TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you wish to return your item, we will be happy to refund or exchange your item as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 7 days after the delivery. Please note that the return of any item for refund or exchange will be at your expense.

The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.  Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.

Faulty goods

For faulty goods, you always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 7 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

 

For a refund or exchange, the product must be in otherwise ''as new'' condition, complete with any accessories and free gifts offered and if possible, with the original box and packaging.

 

Please note we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

 

Missing, damaged or incorrect orders

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and in pristine condition.  If you do not receive all of your products at once or the items are damaged or the order is incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem.

Payments

We Accept PAYMENT Through PAYPAL Only.  Please note that if payment is not received within 10 days we will regretfully inform eBay of this.

Shipping of Items

Your item will be dispatched on the same day if the order is placed before 4pm Monday to Friday.  If placed after, then we will dispatch the next day by royal mail.

Please note that whilst we endeavour to dispatch all items as above, please allow up to 14 days for your item to be delivered as we cannot be held responsible for any delays after the item has left us.

All orders will be dispatched to the address registered with PayPal unless an alternative delivery address is provided. We will not be responsible for any orders delivered to the incorrect address.

International Shipping

For overseas orders, please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for items delivered using the standard international Royal Mail Services.  If the item is held by Customs for any reason, we again cannot be held responsible as item is not delivered by standard delivery.  We will be more than happy to provide our customers with copies of Royal Mail dispatch receipts when requested.  We would highly recommend to all our customers to use the Recorded International Delivery Service to ensure 100% guaranteed delivery of all orders.
