You are more than welcome to pick up the items from our home based store which is located at 20 Norton Terrace, Newhaven, BN9 0BT - please pre-arrange your visit.
DELIVERY CHARGES / EXPECTATIONS
All items purchased and payment received before 12pm will be packed and collected that day by our Royal Mail postie or Mr FedEx.
All items are carefully inspected and packaged before sending. You will be notified of any delays immediately.
As noted in the delivery section of our listing our items will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class. We have also added the facility to upgrade your postage to 1st Class or Courier (next day delivery if placed before 12pm) if you wish. If you have any queries relating to postage times or need a product urgently then please contact us and we will see what we can do.
In the very unlikely situation of a delay we have to wait 15 working days (i.e. 3 weeks) before we are able to investigate missing parcels with Royal Mail. We always obtain a 'Proof of Posting' and we can't be held responsible for items that are lost once we have posted them.
In the meantime it is wise that you check with your local sorting office as the likelihood is the parcel is waiting for collection (gone are the days that the posties always leave a card!!).
RETURNS
If you wish to make a return, you can do so by sending us a message then sending the product in its original packaging along with your invoice within 15 days of the invoice date.
Always ask for a 'Proof of Posting' certificate as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit.
If the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched we will offer a refund for the product plus the cost of your return postage.
If you think we’ve sent you the wrong thing, please double check the full description of the item on the listing before returning the item to us.
We can only reimburse postage / delivery costs where the item is faulty or if we’ve sent the wrong thing.
