Payment

We accept payments via paypal only, we do not accept cheques or postal orders.

Shipping

standard delevery is second class normally 3-10 working days .faster options are available on drop down menu at checkout screen.
you are responsible for typing correct address and  postcode  at checkout missing roads or numbers we will not be liable for any loss due your negligence 
You can request to have goods sent by recorded delivery so a claim can be made in the event of the item being lost.
Once posted goods are in the hands Of Royal Mail. We are not liable for late deliveries or any other claim. (See my feedback).
We aim to despatch quickly. Items are usually despatched within 24-48 hours (except weekends).

If your item is returned to me as undelivered by post the post office then the postage will need to be repaid before the item is sent again.
If item has not been received within 14 working days please contact total trading.
dispatch time is one working day (mon -friday)
buy say mon 9am -5 pm will go tuesday morning coillection buy tuesday after 5pm will go thursday morning (friday will go monday)
exception peak times xmas extreme bad weather and national holidays.there will be some saturday deleveries

All transactions are mail order no callers .
p&P cost are  be as per listing we dont offer postal discounts for multiple
purchases or offer any discount final price will be as checkout.
The p&P fee includes  not only royal mail costs but packers and picking fee.
 All items are set at immediate payment only. Postage and
Packaging costs are to cover labour and materials in packaging, and delivery. All
P&P costs are given upfront with the item.Check before buying as this cannot be changed after checkout

Returns

Please use Ebay returns in seller history .
If an item is faulty Total Trading should be contacted immediately and items should be sent back for a refund or exchange. 
All postage and packing costs, and returns are to be paid by the buyer unless our fault in sending wrong product or faulty item .
Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received with full packing and invoice 
Refunds will be given if the item is returned within 30 days. All tags and original packaging must still be intact. refunds will take up to 6 working days after item is received as per ebay guidelines
Refunds will be given once item has been received back, please send your item by a trackable method, as I will NOT refund on goods NOT received. Please include your user ID and Item number in with your return, for a
