NO SALES TAX, unless you are from Minnesota and then there is a 7.125% sales tax.

• Warranty/Guarantee - Unless otherwise specified in the listing all items are sold as is with  a 14 day Guarantee for all products to be as described and in the working condition described. If you are not satisfied you  will need to contact us within 14 days after you receive delivery and inform us that the product is not satisfactory to you. After we have responded and agreed to accept the item back you will need to ship it back to us within 7 days of our response. Shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable. We strongly recommend buying a Square Trade Warranty whenever buying used or refurbished electronics.
• Sales Tax Collected for Minnesota only - Since we are located in Minnesota, we only charge sales tax for shipments to Minnesota addresses and local pickup.
  
• US and Canadian Residents Only - We accept bids and buyers only from the US on all of our items we sell, and Canada on most items we sell. Buyers from Canada are responsible for any Custom taxes and any extra fees there may be to ship to Canada. It is the buyer's responsibility to research and be aware these extra fees that may be required when shipping to Canada. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us with any questions.
• No Shipping to PO Box or APO Box - We do not ship to any PO or APO boxes unless you contact us prior to bidding and/or buying to find out our special payment requirements.
• We Use Safe Shipping Methods - We ship laptops and computers with a box system recommended by UPS (they charge approx. $20 for the laptop shipping system) or with the Manufacture's and/or Refurbisher's shipping system to ensure your laptop gets to you safely and without damage. When possible we drive our shipments directly to the local UPS Shipping Center to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
• PayPal and Credit Cards (through PayPal) Accepted - We only accept PayPal Payments and Credit Card Payments from a Confirmed Address, meaning that the shipping address must match the billing address of the account being used. In some cases PayPal will confirm an address that does not match your billing address, but you will have to contact PayPal for conditions and requirements prior to bidding and/or buying.
• We Only Ship to Confirmed Addresses - We only ship to Confirmed Addresses, meaning we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card and/or PayPal account being used. If you need us to ship to a non-confirmed address please contact us for special payment requirements prior to bidding and/or buying.
• Payment Expected Within 3 Days - Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment must be made within 3 days from the end of the auction or date of purchase.
• Signature Confirmation - We may and most times will require a signature confirmation for all shipments over $200 and/or bigger packages.
• Local Pick-up - Local pick-up is welcomed, but you must contact us ahead of time for special payment requirements and to schedule a time to pick-up.
