- We ship to international via China Post Airmail or Hong Kong Post Airmail .
- Items are shipped within 2-3 business day after receive cleared payment.
- Most item will arrive within 7-20 business days. It depend on factors like postal service, customs check, distance. In some cases, ship to some countries will take over 3 weeks, especially France. We do not mail items to Italy, Brazil and Argentina.

- In 3 days, if you really dislike the item we shipped to you when you received the parcel please return it back to us in 3 days (from the day of receipt). We can arrange refund for you and charge 25% service and handling fee based on the total cost of the product.
- In 3 month (from the day of shipping out), if any problem happens caused by the item itself, please don’t dismantle it. You can return it in the original package to us. We will repair or exchange new one for you and you just pay for the both way shipment.
- The best working method is 40 seconds continuously working and 15 seconds resting. Otherwise the laser may be burnt. Please read the using tips on the back of the warranty card. We will not take any responsibility for the incorrect use.
