We are very happy to offer a postage discount on multiple purchases. When completing checkout please request a revised total amount to pay, we can then send you an updated invoice which will show the discounted postage cost and the total amount payable.

Can I collect items from your high street store?
To arrange collection from our store please contact us by email or telephone our Customer Services department on 0843 2891024 we will be very happy to help you further.
If you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned to us within 14 days. Please e-mail us within 7 days of receipt, stating reason for return. Returned items should be in original perfect condition, unused and in the original sealed packaging, complete with tags where applicable. Return postage cost is to be paid by customer and is not refundable. It is advisable to obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods which do not arrive.
Faulty Items:- In the unlikely event of an item being faulty we will issue a replacement, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be processed
