It is in LIKE NEW ~ MINT CONDITION. 

This Toy came out with the release of the BATMAN BEGINS Movie which featured probably the best Batman chase scene ever spotlighting the most Bad-Ass Batmobile Ever.  Of course that's just my opinion.  All Lights and Sounds work.  This is one cool Batman Toy
