Return Policy
  • Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 7 days from delivery date. Items returned will be tested by our professionals:

1) If found defective: Buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately.
2) If found not defective: Item will be sent back to buyer.

  • In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), and be on visible on the box or label it is being returned in. Items returned without RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender.
  • Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges.
  • Items received damaged or non-functioning (DOA=Dead-On-Arrival) will be exchanged by us at no charge.
  • For your protection, all returns must be in new condition and seal band unbroken with all original boxes, hardware, manuals & accessories.
  • All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.
  • We will charge minimum $5 for each missing accessory.
  • RETURNS DUE TO MANUFACTURER DEFECTS, INCOMPATIBILITY, OR CHANGE OF MINDS, ARE NOT QUALIFIED FOR SHIPPING REIMBURSEMENT.
  • SOFTWARE MERCHANDISE IS NOT SUBJECT TO RETURNS AND REFUNDS UNLESS REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS AND RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY TIME AND ONLY IF THE PACKAGE IS STILL SEALED FROM THE MANUFACTURER.
  • Refund amount will be the item price only minus restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable even for those items with free shipping.
  • For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt unless it's advertised differently and in the original packaging accompanied with a copy of packing slip or invoice.
  • Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
Discrepancy

Any disputes regarding the quantity or difference of merchandise received by the Buyer must be reported and communicated to Seller in writing within 3 days from the date of delivery. After the 3 day period has expired, the Buyer agrees that Seller will not have to recognize any claims for merchandise shortages or difference due to the Buyer's failure to accurately count and inspect when receiving the merchandise.
