After the Purchase, please contact us with your photo or design at [email removed by eBay] including your ebay user id or buyer id.

- image wrapped around the mug (depending on the image size and quality not all images can be wrapped successfully)

TURNAROUND TIME:

Once the final proof has been agreed we will start to print and dispatch within 3-5 working days in most cases sooner. If you have an urgent request we maybe able to arrange sooner depending on current work loads, if this is the case you MUST contact us BEFORE purchase.


OUR HEAT CHANGING MUGS its not rocket science heat change coating. Add your image and this is hidden by the special coating (BUT IF YOU LOOK AT THE MUG REALLY DEEPLY THEN YOU CAN SEE LITTLE EFFECTS OF IMAGE OR DESIGN which is normal). As the hot liquid is added to your mug the image is slowly revealed
