Shipping
Products Generally ship within 1 business day and usually arrive between 3-5 business days. All of our units are bubble wrapped, palletized and shipped to your home or business via trucking line. This ensures the safe arrival and handling of your goods. We use various companies; so shipping companies vary based on your location across country or even the world. If you have any questions, about shipping, please contact our Miami shipping coordinator. Your shipment will be insured with the freight company against any loss or damage without additional cost to you. Damage or loss is rare but it can happen during transportation, please make sure you inspect your equipment before you sign for it. Please do not accept any unit with significant dent and damage and write down any damages on the truckers bill of lading.

Local Pick
You are more than welcome to visit and pick up your merchandise at our Miami warehouse. Please note that while we do not charge shipping for local pick ups we do charge a $25 handling and processing fee for all of our units. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment of the goods are made F.O.B shipping point (the fulfillment center shipping deck). Generally most of our products ship out within one business day and usually arrive in 2 - 7 business days depending upon your location within the continental United States. All products shall be deemed to be delivered and risk of loss relating to shipment shall pass from Heat & Cool (Seller) to Customer (Buyer) at such time as product is loaded onto a transportation carrier vehicle. We will email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped to you. All claims by Buyer for damage, loss or delays in transit shall be made by Buyer against the carrier, and Seller shall have no responsibility or obligations with respect to any such damage, loss or delay.
All products will be packed for shipment in accordance with Seller's standard practices, packing methods and shipping documents. Manner, route and carrier of shipment will at Seller's sole discretion. Buyer is responsible to inspect equipment for damage caused by the carrier and to promptly notify carrier and Seller of any damages found.
Curbside shipping is free within the continental United States and includes free optional lift-gate service. Lift-gate is a delivery service in which a special truck with a power gate on the back will lower your order to the ground for you. Carrier is not obligated to perform such service when suitable vehicles equipped with such devices and operators are not available. Lift-gate services will only be rendered at locations that are safe and accessible to the vehicle.
Acceptance, Cancellation & Return
Product ownership and risk of loss passes from Seller to Buyer at such time as product is loaded onto a transportation carrier vehicle. Damage and loss claims must therefore be made by Buyer directly to the carrier. Each shipment date is approximate, and Seller shall not be responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery of any products. Buyer shall carefully inspect all deliveries of products upon receipt and report to Seller promptly any alleged error, shortage, defect or nonconformity of such products. Any non-acceptance or cancellation of any order for products which is not consented to in writing by Seller shall entitle Seller to recover cancellation charges which includes the full price of the products or services as well as all other costs incurred by Seller related to sale of such products. With Seller's written consent, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), Buyer may return certain products to Seller according to the Seller Return Policy.

Heat & Cool offers the ultimate, unprecedented 365-day return policy. We offer support before, during and after the sale to ensure you make the best buying decision. But, if for any reason, you must make a return, we provide you with the opportunity, so buy with confidence.
You may receive a total refund of any monies for products purchased, if you cancel the sale before the merchandise has begun processing and shipping. Most orders process and/or ship same day.
Up to 365 days from the date of purchase, items (including instructions, service manual, etc.) unopened in brand new condition can be returned for a fee of $2.50 per/lb. shipping weight.
Up to 365 days from the date of purchase, items opened but not installed nor used but in brand new condition can be returned for a fee of $2.50 per/lb. shipping weight. A 15% restocking fee will also be incurred.
Up to 30 days from the date of purchase, items opened that have been installed and are in used condition can be returned for a fee of $2.50 per/lb. shipping weight. A 30% restocking fee will also be incurred.
Non-Returnable Items: Filters, spare parts, replacement parts, depletable items, and products sold on clearance do not qualify for return. All sales for these items are FINAL.
We gladly accept returns for all other products according to the terms described below.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Heat & Cool is required for all returns.
Shipping weight is per the original shipping Bill of Lading (BOL) including the original shipping box, minus the weight of the shipping pallet.
Defective merchandise must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty.
Customers must refuse delivery of items damaged upon delivery.
All items must be returned in the original factory box with original factory components.
We carefully inspect all returned merchandise upon receipt. Refunds are granted based on the condition of the returned items.
All rebates and promotions are voided for returned items. You must return any free gifts with purchase or they will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any deliveries refused for any reason other than shipping damage will be handled the same as a merchandise return.
Incorrect products shipped due to our error will be rectified by us. We will gladly schedule a pick up and replace the product. We will pay all related shipping charges to and from your location.
Your return will be processed within one week. The approved refund amount will be credited to your original form of payment or a check will be mailed to your address on file.
