Payments

* We accept Papal only.

* Payments are expected within 3 days after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed with EBay upon non-receipt of payment.

* Bidding on multiple auctions simply waits until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout.

Shipping

* I will ship to the address of EBay or Paypal provided only.

* Buyer is responsible for any applicable import duty and local taxes. If you are uncertain about the amount of taxes or fees potentially owed. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs (if any) will be prior to bidding/buying.

* Please do not confuse these charges for additional shipping charges. They are levied by your local government customs office and are not within our control.

* Item will shipped by Regular Air Mail, Hong Kong Post Office.

* Normal shipping days is around 11-21 BUSINESS DAYS to most destination. Please don't send email to me if you don't wait over 3 weeks.

* Brazil, Chile, Malta, Spain, Italy shipping days need 4-6 WEEKS. If buyer can't wait for the shipment, please apply express service!

* If you urgent need the item, please apply for EMS or UPS Express (Please provide your zip code and city). The delivery time may take around 3-7 working days. Please e-mail me to quote the EMS or UPS Fee.

Returns

* If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product.

* For exchange / replacement, please report us within 7 days you received the item. Buyer has to return back the product to us. When we received the returned product, we will resend the new one to you.

* For refund, please report us within 7 days you received the item. Buyer has to return back the product to us. When we received the returned product, we will issue the refund to you.

* For exchange or refund, buyer should responsible for the returning shipping fee.

* For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories.

* Please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed.

* All returned items must have authorization tracking number which can be obtained. We will not responsible for any loss of your returns.

Damage or incorrect item received

* If the item was damaged during delivery, please contact us with a photo of the damaged item immediately. Buyer has to send back the damaged item to us, when we received the damage item, we will ship out the replacement.

* Please do not file a dispute & claim with ebay or paypal, as this will only delay the claims approval process.

* If you have received an item that you did not purchase, please contact us immediately to help us resolve the problem.

* Please know that even with the brand new items we sell, sometimes the product packaging can be dented. Given how some magic products are packaged that is unavoidable. As long as the product itself is not damaged, any damage to product PACKAGING does not constitute a defect.

* Please contact us for return instructions BEFORE sending anything back.

* Items need to be unused and resalable to qualify for refunds. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns purchased with FREE SHIPPING.
