Yongnuo First Wireless E-TTL Flash Trigger YN-622 C is Released now, it's designed for Canon Camera.
Using Digital FSK 2.4GHz frequency band with 7 channels, it has three mode, E-TTL ( II ), Manual and Multi, and it can fire flashes at 360 degree direction, the operating range is 100 metres.
It supports FEC, FEB, FEL, High-speed Sync, 1st. Curtain, 2nd. Curtain, Modeling flash, ETTL II Group Ratio (ALL/A:B/A:B C), Manual/Multi group (ALL/ A:B/ A:B:C), Manual and Multi mode, Auto Zooming, Manual Zooming, AF Lamp.
Main function:
a), Support Full ETTL Pass-through function when on camera
1), Mount one YN-622C transceiver into the hot shoe of camera, and mount other transceiver into the hot shoe of flash, you can trigger the flash at any direction in TTL, Manual or Multi mode.
2), Mount flash on hot shoe of YN-622C transceiver on camera, mount the second flash on other transceiver, both of flashes can be trigger at any direction in TTL, Manual or Multi mode.

The max. sync speed is 1/8000s, but some camera is just 1/4000s, and for those cameras and flashes who don't suport HSS, the sync. speed is just 1/250s or less, different cameras have different Sync speed.

c), Remote Control Function
The parameter of flashes on hot shoe of receivers can be set up remotely through the camera manu directly.
d), Supporting mixed mode.
With this function, you can trigger remote speedlites in different modes, set up one YN-622C transceiver on hot shoe of flash in TTL mode, set up the second YN-622C transceiver on hot shoe of flash in manual mode, and the third YN-622C transceiver on hot shoe of flash in multi mode, all three flashes can be fired via the transceiver on hot shoe of camera, this mode is especially useful for those camera bodies without a built-in flash menu. ( you need to set the parameters on speedlites )
Note: Only FEC, FEB, Ratio and Shutter sync can be set in the camera side. Manua and Multi output need to be set on the flash speedlite.
e), Work with Strobe Studio flash light in HSS function
You can buy a PC Sync Cable RF-603 6.35mm cable to connect the transceiver with the studio flash, and then youcan use the non-high speed sync flash torealize hihger syand then you can use them together in HSS. The max. trigger voltage is less than 300 Voltage.
Note: The PC port is for output using only.
f), Awaking function
When half-pressing the shutter button of the camera, the hot shoe flash on the receiver will be awakened. ( for those flash has wake up function )
g), Zoom Function
Zoom Automatic: length will be charnged depanding on the changes of lens.

You can use it with Nikon camera or Nikon flash, but you just need to set up YN-622C in manual mode.

If you use the Canon Speedlite 430EX or 580EX (not mark II) or an older camera without the Flash Control menu then you will have to make settings by hand. Older cameras that don’t have the same Flash Control menu include the original 5D, 10D, 20D, 30D, 300D, 350D, 1D and 1D Mark II.

Note: 430EX and 580EX or other parts of flash is not supported remote control via the camera menu, you need to manually set the flash parameters.
Q&A
How does wireless E-TTL ratio control work?
- Set the desired group – A, B or C – on each of your YN-622C transceivers
- On your Canon EOS DSLR, hit [Menu] > Flash control > External flash func. setting > Wireless func. > Enable.
- If you have a flash on top of your on-camera YN-622C unit, select Master flash > Enable if you want it to fire, otherwise it won’t. It will behave like an off-camera flash in group A.
- In the External flash func. setting > Channel menu, pick your channel (1-4). The YN-622C transceivers can actually be set to more channels than the menu supports. To pick channels 5, 6 or 7, select it directly using the buttons on the on-camera YN-622C transceiver.
- Pick your ratio control mode from the External flash func. setting > Firing group menu. You have the choice of All (A+B+C), A:B or A:B C. In “All”, there are no ratios and each flash fires at the same power level (this is the same as having ‘Wireless func.’ disabled). In the other modes you can select ratios from 8:1 to 1:8 for the groups in 1/2-stop increments. Check your camera user manual for more details.
How does wireless manual control work?
The set-up is similar to E-TTL ratios, but in External flash func. setting > Flash mode you pick “Manual” instead of “E-TTL II”. You will then be able to set each of your independent flash groups – A, B or C – to manual power levels from 1/1 to 1/128.
