PRINT QUALITY

Our intention is to supply you with high quality items but this depends very much on the clarity and resolution of the image you supply us. We would ask that you consider the following points to help us achieve the highest standards for you.

• Always try and select images with a brighter background
• Choose images that do not have a date and time stamp
• Select a high resolution image where possible
• Look at the shape of the product and consider whether your image will look fantastic printed on it
• Don't be afraid to let us help, please feel free to ask

We will send you a PROOF via e-mail for your Approval before any printing is carried out.
We won't print until you are completely happy.

Please Note:
The print will be permanent as we only use the latest high tech sublimation and full colour printing equipment.

These are NOT cheap version paper prints that have been glued onto poorly made products.  The items we supply are the genuine product and are professionally printed.

Returns

We are unable to accept returns on Personalised Product Orders.
Before any product is printed a PROOF will be sent to you via e-mail for your approval. Once accepted by yourself your item will Printed & Despatched.
We operate a Strict Quality Control System, but in the unlikely event that your product has a defect or fault, please contact us within 48 hours of Delivery.
