Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. By bidding on these auctions, you are entering into a legally binding contract, and are agreeing to the following terms:
Unless otherwise agreed, all sales are made on these conditions of sale. No variations of these conditions of sale are effective unless confirmed in writing by us.
You are wholly responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered and by placing your bid you are acknowledging the goods as being suitable.
Cleared funds are required prior to despatch of the goods. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 7 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the seller’s sole discretion.
There will be no returns or refunds unless under extenuating circumstances. All items are sold as described and are not offered on a trial basis. Refunds are only given upon the return of goods. There will be no partial refunds. Returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee (to cover fees etc) and refunds are of item price only. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. Claims of damage to goods must be noted at the time of the delivery and notified to us within 24 hours of delivery. We are unable to accept the return of goods without prior authorisation.

We often advertise our Items elsewhere, so we reserve the right to withdraw this item from auction at any time prior to completion of the auction.
PAYPAL: If you pay by PayPal we will ONLY post the item to a PayPal confirmed address and if PayPal Seller Protection is valid for the transaction
To help avoid delivery damage, we will ensure the item is appropriately packaged for delivery. The cost of Packaging materials (e.g. Jiffy Bags, Bubble Wrap etc) is included in the P&P charge. Only bid if you are prepared to pay the P&P charge quoted on the listing. Items are generally shipped on the day after full payment, and we always aim to ship items at the earliest possible time.
Items will only be sent on receipt of cleared funds. Bids can only be placed whereby the delivery address is within Great Britain or Northern Ireland. All items are shipped from the UK.
We will not be responsible for the performance of the carrier, insurance is advised and we will provide costs for this upon request (if paying insurance please check the item before signing with courier).
Regrettably (due to fraudsters and non-payers), we request that you please contact us prior to bidding if you have a feedback rating of less than 5. We reserve the right to cancel bids if this is not done.
Where goods supplied are still under manufacturer’s warranty, then the buyer must exercise the warranty directly with the manufacturer and not with us.
NON PAYING BIDDERS: Any person who wins an auction and has not provided cleared funds within 7 days of the auction close (unless as agreed in writing by us) will be deemed to be a non-paying bidder (NPB). The NPB will be expected to pay us £25 within 21 days of the auction close in order to (a) cancel the legally binding contract between the 2 parties and (b) cover the non-refundable costs which we have incurred in listing and then relisting the item.
FEEDBACK: We always reciprocate feedback. Please leave positive feedback if you are happy with your item and we will leave you positive feedback to indicate successful completion of the transaction. Please contact us if there is a problem. Negative feedback is always left for non payers.
