All sports cards are  sold AS IS. We are not professional graders and we will not venture any guess as to the grade or condition of a card. All we can do is provide the pictures. Please look over  the pictures provided very carefully and make a decision for yourself. If you want additional pictures to make the decision please ask. All sports memorabilia  sales are final UNLESS the package is damaged during shipping, in which case contact us as all packages have insurance so we can take the proper steps to file the  insurance claim.

SHIPPING  POLICY:
     
We ship our  items using UPS Ground and UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS). Most lighter packages are sent USPS and larger heavier packages are sent UPS.
             
The winning bidder must contact us immediately if  special shipping or handing is needed. Additional charges may apply. We DO NOT ship to UPS or FedEx store addresses for pickup.
     
We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses. Our shipping prices are very reasonable all things considered. We require signature confirmation on large ticket items to make sure the item arrives safely and to  the right person. This also includes tracking and insurance for higher end items. Plus, there is the cost of the labels, shipping supplies, and employee  time.
     
We strive to make sure  every package gets to everyone safe, in great condition, and to the right person with no issue. If there is ever any issue with your package, please contact us. We  will go to the ends of the earth to make it right.     
   
Please note: ALL shipping costs are non-negotiable. We will ship to the PayPal-registered address included with the PayPal  payment. If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or if you were not able to receive/accept your package, you will be responsible for shipping,  return shipping, and re-shipping charges.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAX  RESPONSIBILITIES
     
International buyers will be responsible for customs fees, duty charges, and applicable taxes. When purchasing an item the buyer agrees to paying these  costs even though they are not listed on the final invoice.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:
   
We ship to all 50 States in the US. Any large or heavy packages to sent to the continental US will be shipped by FedEx. Small or light packages sent to the continental US will be shipped USPS. Shipping to HAWAII or ALASKA can only be done through USPS If you have a preference of one or the other, contact us to see IF IT IS POSSIBLE and get a NEW RATE.

LOCAL  PICKUP:
      
All customer are welcome to pick up their product in person at our store located in Detroit, MI provided that PRIOR  ARRANGEMENTS with our eBay department have been made. All local pick up customers will be required to present a valid form of ID with the identical name that  appears on their eBay account as well as SIGN an eBay invoice to verify the item was picked-up and is what was described. Note: All AS IS items will also have to be signed for and the signature will be your agreement that the item is what was stated. Any items not picked-up after 30 days WILL be listed again or sold in our store unless prior arrangements have been made.


PAYMENTS AND PROCESSING:
      
PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. SALES TAX By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all auction items with a delivery address in Michigan. This applies to items which are picked up locally. The tax  rate is 6%. Payment for all items is due within 7 days of the auctions ending date. An e-mail notice is sent from our Paypal account after the end of auction with a checkout  link. We have made every reasonable effort to disclose  any known defects. We also test our products to the best of our ability.
